He/Him
I believe people are inherently good, and that belief guides everything I do. I’ve spent over 20 years working alongside individuals who have often been denied the privileges I’ve had, and I’ve focused on creating access, equity, and tangible pathways forward.
My background spans special education, mental health, and workforce development for folks navigating substance use and justice system involvement. Before joining the Community Justice Center, I worked across Vermont in roles supporting youth with complex behavioral needs and adults reentering the workforce and community after incarceration.
Born and raised in Vermont, I’ve witnessed how systems of care can uplift—or alienate—those they are meant to serve. At the CJC, I’m committed to walking alongside individuals as they rejoin our community: rebuilding voice, embracing accountability, and moving toward healing and success. I believe in the power of community, shared responsibility, and the possibility of transformation.
