​Adult Restorative Services Coordinator: We’re looking for an experienced, culturally literate, and dynamic restorative justice practitioner. This position will serve on a team of those responsible for the coordination and delivery of the CJC’s adult Restorative Justice services, from pre-charge through reparative processes, and with responsible and impacted parties. The work is closely integrated with our Diversion and Pretrial Service programs. A key focus of the position is to be outcomes-driven with respect to equity, inclusion and belonging. Other measures of success include successful completions, affected and responsible party satisfaction, and restitution paid to affected parties.
